Pros
Iron Bow is growing significantly and seems well positioned to reach their objectives. Lot of opportunity for employees, with the ability to make a lot of money, grow a career, and enjoy a great work/life balance.
Cons
There has been leadership change over the past 18 months, which causes (as is normal in organizations) culture shifts. From a company direction and potential perspective, this is a good thing. If you want to work for a leading organization making changes in the industry and doubling over three years, then this is exciting..... If however you were/are someone who wanted to work for a small VAR, the changes are likely less appealing. Most of the negative reviews I've read on here are related to that.
