Good team, strong product profile. Solid customer base. Excellent benefits and above average pay scale. Diversified sales force, which permitted movement within the company to find the right opportunity.
Cons
Senior Management seemed a bit out of touch with the employees. Training on critical corporate procedures and practices was non-existent. HR support was good, but limited.
