Pros
- Discount on your apartment - Decent health benefits - 401k is nice - Technology used to sell (Salesforce, Tableau, etc) works very well
Cons
- Working weekends, working until 6PM in 2026 is unreasonable - How can you grow your sales career while working strictly on the phone and sitting in a call center? - Leasing apartments and working with future residents is an in-person experience, not to be handled over a subpar app and a poor phone connection - You can win President's Club by getting 100% inbound leads? This was not a real sales job and never should be positioned as such - Leadership has such an incredibly dense view of themselves and their orgs - Title inflation is real for leadership while individual contributors can't move past a "II" at the end of their title without moving into management - Why is there 10 different Senior Directors for the same thing? Who / what are they directing?
