Pros

Good customers easy going environment most of the time, gift cards during Thanksgiving or randomly bonuses for Christmas were awesome ! Great resources for information most of the time ! Insurance was great 401k great product discount was awesome early shifts starting at 5 am holiday pay was very generous !!! The members where not bad at all easy going happy people ! They gave u a lot to work with coupons discounts you could give member before having to escalate , we could fix issues internally did not have to deal with 3rd party ! Building was beautiful they offer gym reimbursement they have a special site where u get discounts ! The cafeteria food was good ! The owners Coovers very nice all three of them treated u like family !

Cons

Lots of changes no notifying customer care of last minute changes ! Angry members because no ones on the same page very unorganized ! Their systems where always down ! Work force does not watch the phones lazy !!! IT was a JOKE they did not know what they where doing !! They fired a bunch of people for call avoidance not taking calls yet the recording shows you working makes no sense !! Sick time was a joke less than 2 hours a paycheck ! Vacation was okay if you where their longer about 5 a check was their 3 plus years . The biggest issue was no one was for certain on their answers , commissions was easy but the training some people had was horrible !! I personally loved the job wasn't to hard and I would go back but be aware of phone recording issues !!!

Pros

Isagenix has been my professional home for nearly a decade, and it stands out from the six other companies I worked for before. I’ve never experienced the same level of commitment to employee well-being, and during challenging times I’ve always felt genuinely supported. What sets Isagenix apart is its strong focus on work-life balance, which goes beyond standard policies. Generous PTO, remote Mondays and Fridays, a birthday day off, and early holiday releases are a few examples, but the greater impact is how employees are genuinely valued as people, not just workers. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and inspiring, and the people I’ve worked with are relationships I know will last a lifetime.

Cons

As with any established company, there are periods of transition and change. I see this less as a setback and more as a natural part of the company’s evolution. While those moments can be difficult, I’ve seen leadership make consistent progress in improving transparency and communication, which makes navigating change much easier.
