Hiring Practices Hurting Company - Accountant Isagenix Employee Review

Dear Former Employee, It is our intention to create a comfortable, supportive and engaging environment for all employees so we are disappointed to hear that your experience at Isagenix was not in keeping with our goal of being the best place to work for every employee. We strive to ensure that all employees feel valued and it concerns us that you feel our culture is no longer a positive one. It is not clear when you left the company but we have recently completed the Best Places to Work survey in which more than 75% of our US employees participated. We received over 1,000 comments, including many suggestions that we have carefully reviewed and are incorporating many into our workplace. While we had a very good engagement score of over 85, we are striving to have 100% engagement, ensuring that every employee feels valued and engaged. To that end, we recently created a Culture Council, made up of employees from every department, who work together to keep management accountable to the needs of employees and to our stated values. While we work hard to create a workplace that is engaging and enriching, we know we can always improve. We are once again participating in the Best Places to Work survey and we are also using a third party consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive engagement survey.
