Pros

There ARE good folks who work there. Free products all the time, benefits were pretty good, pay was just ok.

Cons

Take a look at what has happened just in the last few years. Massive layoffs, constantly a new c- suite, acquiring another company and then laying all of those people off, and outsourcing laying off their own ruining people lives during a global crisis, loyal employees lots over a decade were tossed aside. What a train wreck! Why would you want to work there?? Integrity and loyalty simply do not exist in network marketing, least of all this one, point blank period. Read the other reviews, be careful though because a lot of them are from people who do not work for Isagenix they are independent distributors who sell the product, glass door refuses to take them down. Distributors are allowed to treat employees at ANY level like TRASH, just TRASH, people CRY all the time because of it. Mental health is terrible! The sellers act like and expect to be treated like celebrities and be revered for being the "ones who pay our salaries". While some poor employee is forced to sit and put in an exception request to pay a distributer an amount of 3x that employees annual salary, just for one of the MANY contests, because that distributor failed to meet the requirements but still complaint all the way to the top and had enough clout to get their money or else. The only goodness here exists in the everyday employee just trying to support their family do their job and maybe make a difference and feel good about it. At the highest levels it's just greed.

Pros

Isagenix has been my professional home for nearly a decade, and it stands out from the six other companies I worked for before. I’ve never experienced the same level of commitment to employee well-being, and during challenging times I’ve always felt genuinely supported. What sets Isagenix apart is its strong focus on work-life balance, which goes beyond standard policies. Generous PTO, remote Mondays and Fridays, a birthday day off, and early holiday releases are a few examples, but the greater impact is how employees are genuinely valued as people, not just workers. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and inspiring, and the people I’ve worked with are relationships I know will last a lifetime.

Cons

As with any established company, there are periods of transition and change. I see this less as a setback and more as a natural part of the company’s evolution. While those moments can be difficult, I’ve seen leadership make consistent progress in improving transparency and communication, which makes navigating change much easier.
