Pros
The people who work here are some of the kindest and hardest working people you'll ever meet. They go above and beyond and are so friendly. It's a well-oiled machine of individuals. There's laughter, fun, and dedication. The absolutely best part of the company.
Cons
Too many last-minute projects with exceptionally poor notice and very little explanation. Leadership shares updates with the field first, employees second. A lot of the time, it's work just to work. No purpose or clarity. One project/event/promotion will require "all hands on deck" in the middle of other promotions, only for the project to become neglected and a burden months later as we're already focusing on the next "all hands on deck", last-minute promotion. Work-life balance has decreased significantly in the last 5 years. Strategy and vision lacks.
