Pros
Istituto Marangoni is a great place where to work. There is an inspiring and creative atmosphere, due to the offices being located in the School. Work-life balance is promoted and there is a genuine interest towards the staff wellbeing. I have personally discovered a high degree of competence and professionalism among the staff, both in London and in the HQ based in Milan. I felt welcomed and supported since day one, everyone is friendly and approachable. A culture of learning is promoted and the staff has the opportunity to request attending training or conferences to develop their professional currency, financially supported by the School. Lunch vouchers are a much-appreciated benefit.
Cons
The walls are grey, which is aesthetically very stylish and nice but is not an ideal colour for offices, especially for the ones with poor natural light.
