There are no advantages of working here. If you are considering Istituto Marangoni as your next step, please think twice and RUN AWAY. There is no money in the world that could help you enjoy your job here.

Cons

There are so many things that are wrong with this company, that even the last two comments are clearly from the communications department. @communications team: there is nothing you can do to hide the truth about the toxic environment we have to face every day. Lots of highly inefficient , under qualified and evil people who will drain away all your energy. If you are someone who enjoys teamwork and bringing new ideas to the table RUN AWAY, they will make sure nothing gets done with their bureaucracy and their excuse of being a “luxury brand”. Cherry on top: Highly racist and misogynist.
