Pros

Basically none. Maybe the aperitivo on Thursdays...

Cons

- Toxic and frustrated atmosphere; full of first ladies - Manipulative and intimidating behaviour from management and HR - Poor salary, no pay raise; benefits are a joke - No training or career progression whatsoever - No firing policy: they like to bully, until you will eventually quit - Bootlicking or not having a life outside could lead to a promotion; being a native English speaker is advantageous - High staff turnover: when someone quits there's no replacement for months, if not a year… Guess who will cover for that? - HR went from being non-existent to a joke; no support at all, don’t even bother sending formal complaints - Everyone is gossiping/spying on everyone; you can't trust even your manager - Management is a complete hot mess. Most of them don't even know what they are doing - They expect you to wear as many hats as you possibly can without being compensate for the overtime or the effort, and you should feel grateful while doing it. If you refuse, you will pay the consequences - Important decisions need the approval from HQ in Italy, most of the time they don't even know the real situation in London - It's all fun and games until they realise you have a brain and have your own opinions - Anything you say may be used against you
