Pros

If you're European, they will love you and embrace you. If not, good luck.

Cons

1. EXTREMELY underpaid and overworked staff. They know they can offer embarrassingly low salaries because they work in the luxury industry. 2. They turn a blind eye to problematic behaviour from male colleagues. Females are told to just keep a distance from certain colleagues at parties. 3. HR are bullies and very aggressive when they don't like you. All feedback you offer is seen as complaining. 4. Staff turnover is quite alarming. They don't even make an effort to address the issue. 5. It is only about money and recruitment. Everything else such as wellbeing, safety and satisfaction is a bother for them. 6. You get what you pay for. With low salaries, you have lot's of problematic staff and unqualified managers. 7. Very stressful environment. Everything is urgent and last minute with no support. Due to high turnover, you are always given more work.
