Too many cons. I could write a novel. Working here has been a nightmare. Employees are not treated with respect or valued, and management seems to think everyone is disposable. I’ve seen people get fired without any warning or notice. The environment is incredibly toxic—people are constantly walking on eggshells, afraid they’ll be the next to go. Senior management is clueless, making decisions that create even more chaos. Everyone’s overworked, underpaid, and burned out. The culture is full of fake, two-faced people who act nice to your face but will throw you under the bus the first chance they get. It’s a hostile place with zero respect for employees. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
