Being able to bond with some colleagues over how awful things are.

Cons

I should’ve paid more attention to the negative reviews people have been leaving for years before signing my contract. This is the most toxic and disorganised place I have ever worked and I am surprised it has not been shut down yet. Taking up a job offer by Marangoni is not the career move you think it is and is the worst environment to work or study in. Prospective students and staff alike please beware, you’re better off going anywhere else.
