Pros
Working for LANDESK was one of the best experiences of my life. I worked in marketing and the team was amazing. Everyone cared about the work being done and gave their best efforts everyday. The management was fair and always available if you had questions or concerns. I've never had managers that cared about my own personal success more than when I was at LANDESK. Not only are the people who work their dedicated to making it a better company, you won't find a better team to work with. I made some fantastic friends there that I will sorely miss. If the opportunity of a lifetime had not presented itself to me I would still be happily working there. Also, the benefits are almost as awesome as the team there. It is a great place to work and you should consider yourself lucky if you land a gig there. There are much, much worse places to land.
Cons
Not really a con, not everyone gets along ALL the time, and that's OK. You're going to find that anywhere you go-- in most cases much worse.
