      Pros

      Collaborative Environment where companies are encourage to work closely on projects. Employees are encouraged and supported in self improvement efforts especially education efforts. Teams are self organized and directed with limited management. The company culture and atmosphere encourages working between teams and bonding within the company.

      Cons

      The age of the company and the recent trend of acquisitions means a large portion of the code base is legacy code. On occasion management is less than forthcoming about quarterly objectives. Communication can be slow sometimes due to offices on opposite ends of the globe.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
