      Pros

      Dynamic and Changing, there has been a lot of change in the last 2 years. Some good , some bad, some that will be fixed.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't equal to where other companies are. On of my biggest issues is that if you get a promotion they only try to raise you a minimal amount. Especially if the pay gap between the two positions is large. This shouldn't happen, they should just raise the employee to the appropriate level rather than trying to get a discount from loyal, hard, working employees.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
