-Team members leaving almost monthly and not replaced. Workload is just added to those left behind.
-Product is not a market leader despite the over exaggerated marketing on linkedin.
-Lots of bugs that are not fixed, often marked as 'by design', even when a previously working feature now no longer works as a result.
-Too much focus on dashboards and stats too keep senior management happy when the team and its knowledge should be addressed.
-Focus on employing those in cheap labour areas for lower salary, as oppossed to those deserving the job on merit. Hence the high turnover.
-Business owners are too focussed on acquisitions and profit rather than employees. Half of those have not integrated well as they are rushed through for that next all hands bulletin.
