      Pros

      Management is very active and in touch with individual employees. They are part of the team as much as they manage the team. I've seen many of my peers move up to better jobs within the last year. LANDesk recognizes and rewards high performance with very competitive pay and great perks.

      Cons

      Some of the technical teams are small in nature, so when someone leaves the company or is promoted, it gets very busy until they can be replaced and the new hire trained.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
