Been very happy with Ivanti - Senior Systems Administrator Ivanti Employee Review

People have been let go, a lot of them. Every few days we see someone else leave (for whatever reason) and does cause concern about stability. However, if you are doing your job well and being proactive and keeping busy it shouldn't be an issue. I personally have concerns of the business plan and if it sustainable for Ivanti to survive long term, but I suffer from anxiety anyways so take that comment for what it's worth. When we have our Global town halls they try and make the presentation positive when sometimes it is not. I feel there isn't a true level of transparency happening. That could just be my impression though. People rather hear the bad news straight up than having to piece it together themselves. That's my opinion anyways. We are an acquisition company, so layoffs are expected. It's just concerning when you work in part of the company that is aware when there is an employee leaving (again for whatever reason, doesn't mean they got laid off necessarily.)
