      Pros

      I have felt welcomed from the beginning. Clear avenues for advancement and for greater responsibilities. Day-to-day interactions with students and staff are pleasant and create a positive working environment.

      Cons

      The biggest frustration is seeing students give up, stop coming to class, or not take the help that is given. These however are in the minority of cases.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
