Great flexibility in schedule, everyone looks out for each other, a great learning experience, positive reinforcement, great way to make many connections if you just start taking classes at Ivy and you get first-hand knowledge of career hunting.
Cons
The schedule is limited on your financial aid status(Unsubsidized and subsidized loans taken per year can impact the work hours you are allowed).
