      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of great people who genuinely care about the success of Ivy Tech students. It truly is a compassionate bunch. It's great to see employees care so deeply about the Ivy Tech mission.

      Cons

      Very limited to no room for growth. It seems as if a lot of people stay where they're put. There isn't very much emphasis on helping employees further their career within Ivy Tech.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
