      Excellent benefits and salary, very competent colleagues, an opportunity to really make the difference in the lives of students

      Cons

      Administration going from bad to worse. New funding structure based on grad. rate and falling numbers of students mean a very lean operation with cuts coming frequently.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
