      Good people to work with, and has been a reliable part-time source for me.

      Cons

      It's part-time, with little to no hope of ever becoming a full-time instructor. Not much raise in pay over the years.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
