Pros
Students attending the college want to better themselves and most staff try their best to assist them. Front line staff and middle managers (coordinators/directors) do what they can with the few resources they have.
Cons
Creation of "Campus President" positions have turned the campuses against one another. Good staff are leaving because of poor management at the Vice Chancellor/Campus President level. What was once a team atmosphere quickly turned into script from Game of Thrones.
