      Pros

      Sellersburg front line employees are nice

      Cons

      Mid-management women are catty and backstabbing. They will maliciously talk about you behind your back, leave you out of the information loop, and go to the higher ups to cut you down. Even the other Ivy Tech sites don't talk nice about Sellersburg management.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
