      Pros

      Great benefits. Great relationship with coworkers on my particular campus.

      Cons

      Communication is terrible from upper management. I am given assignments twice by different supervisors and they do not communication with one another. When supervisors don't do their jobs, it makes your job more difficult. Morale is low on campus and there is a high turn over rate on my particular campus.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
