      It's an inclusive environment to work in with people who truly want you to be successful. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

      There is a certain amount of politics that goes on in the school. Once you are perceived to be on one side, you are always seem as being in that side

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
