      Nice staff that are extremely helpful and always willing to answer questions or help on tasks.

      Cons

      Top heavy, not enough assistants to help in the demand of the Vice President positions being created. With the new President there are a lot of changes and demands that are a little unrealistic.

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
