      Wonderful mission with great co workers. Underfunded by the state which was a detriment to everyone there including the students.

      The pay was not competitive enough to keep The best employees. The central office seem to spend lavishly while the regional campuses had to scrimp and save

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
