Pros
Very open salary structure. Most of the students are great. Quite a mix of those coming back to school after some work experience in order to advance their careers and younger students Tremendous effort to keep the courses compatible with what will be accepted by 4 year schools.
Cons
Hard to predict the need for part time professors.
