      Like most jobs there are good thing and bad things. Right before and at the beginning of a semester, it is extremely busy. Even when it is the busiest, most of the staff and faculty are helpful and friendly,

      The College is restructuring which is causing stress for the faculty and the staff.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
