      Wonderful people to work with. The important mission of the College for the people live in the State of Indiana. What you do change lives of many students.

      Cons

      The size of the College may be too big which restricts some regional development and implementation processes.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
