      Low pay, disorganization at top levels in Central Office. Measures are unclear. If you can manipulate the customer management system, you will look good. No commission, no recognition when you do a good job.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
