Run like a business - Student Affairs Ivy Tech Community College Employee Review

The morale is horrible. The administration in Indy makes decisions without consulting those of that actually have to implement them. Case in point. 8 week classes. A nightmare for advisors. And financial aid. And disability services. And the students. I work on the front line with students and I’ve heard nothing but complaints. Nobody wants this. We complain to systems office and it’s crickets. They’re trying to model us after Odessa College but go ahead and read the Glassdoor reviews of them. Huge turnover. We’re going to see it here too. Winter is coming.
