Pros
The people I worked directly with were very passionate about helping students and teaching. Also, I had a lot of flexibility with my hours.
Cons
The school, though growing and thriving, does not give full time positions to people that deserve them or have committed to the school, rather passing them up for academics with higher degrees (that they will have to pay more, so the rest of us would make less and have to get by without any benefits).
