      Pros

      Ivy Tech does not manage your teaching excessively. I was given the freedom to choose how to run my class, what content to focus on and what content to leave out.

      Cons

      At times the processes set up to turn in required paperwork can be confusing. There is excessive email that is sent out to entire groups that clog up your inbox as well.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
