      Pros

      Good benefits, appropriate salary, up-to-date technology, good PTO program, lots of support.

      Cons

      Administration is more concerned about money, to the point of tying the hands of faculty and working them beyond exhaustion. Also, faculty is often the ones put on the chopping block when money becomes tight. Without faculty, who is going to teach?

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
