Pros
The benefit package is phenomenal. Community interaction is another plus; when you work here you are recognized everywhere. The hours of operation is reasonable as well.
Cons
The salary level is lower, which is expected due to the exceptional benefits package. Raise potential is pretty much non-existent. It has been around 2% maximum for quite sometime. Advancement opportunities are another aspect that is very difficult to achieve.
