      Pros

      Teaching online is great--high pay per hour once you figure system out Nobody cares about what you are doing as long as no complaints generated.

      Cons

      Workload varies by semester--distant program directors determine courseload. Secretaries and IT idiots audit your syllabi and online classes. Management could not care less about adjuncts other than using them to make profits.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
