      Pros

      The pay was decent, and the work was very easy and sometimes even rewarding.

      Cons

      You can never get more hours than what you're given. I could never get more than 24 hours per week. It can also be a little stressful helping a few of the students, although most were polite and respectful.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
