      Pros

      Great pay and some great folks to work with. If I say anymore, it would be obvious who I am so I am just going to stick with that. There is your 20 word min Glassdoor. Haha.

      Cons

      Control change was ridiculous. So Indy knows what is best for us? I don't think so. It is turning into a place that no one wants to be a part of. That is sad.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
