      There is a bit of flexibility when it comes to managing your own schedule. Also, the feeling of helping students is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Unorganized and constant uncertainty. Communication though all levels from Top Down could be more stream lined.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
