      Great Benefits package! Nearly Double in value of the salary. Faculty can enjoy between 4-6 weeks vacation. Family environment. Economically priced classes

      Diversity improving not perfect. Higher Faculty class loading compared to 4 years schools. Program chairs have too many responsibilities and not enough time. Often no assistants. Little time for reserch

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
