      What I value most about Ivy Tech is the support of their leadship team. They are always available when needed, questions and/or concerns are addressed immediately.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
