      Flexible hrs. They are willing to find classes that work with your schedule. Treat adjuncts as equals, which doesn't happen everywhere

      Cons

      Very little money and no benefits. Full time faculty are quick to dump their responsibilities on to adjuncts that adjuncts are not required and not paid to do.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
