      Poor pay Horrible hours. Expected to answer admin calls during holiday breaks. Answer and advise students on own time

      Looking for another job because of ugly work life balance. Increased expectations. Faculty now have to enroll prospective students in addition to teach, advise, and be on at least 3 committees

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
