      Little Pto depending on where you are at. Raises are randomly distributed percent wise If you get into a position to make more money they try to find ways to cheat you out of it. Don't give you your budget for classes

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
