      Great work life balance, benefits are okay

      Cons

      compensation is indeed laughable Individuals are very territorial about their job to the point that they forget the big picture (helping the students) There is positively NO room for growth There is NO training for employees and they refused the hear ideas on how to make the college better!

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Good coworkers. Meaningful work. Above average campus support.

      Cons

      Low pay, with no possibilities of raises for the last couple of years and probably for the next could have years as well. Ever increasing responsibilities as statewide leadership changes and state funding cuts occur. Disconnect between statewide leadership and local campus needs.
