Very poor leadership - Anonymous employee Ivy Tech Community College Employee Review

The administration has become excessively centralized and the college is very poorly managed. Faculty are not valued and aren't given any real input into decisions even essential academic ones. They are also micromanaged and not treated as professionals. Faculty efforts are diverted to any number of additional responsibilities without pay. Unfortunately, the additional responsibilities pull faculty away from what should be their primary focus - teaching.
